Six stages of a let. Everything ticked is included in your one fixed monthly fee — no add-ons, no commission, no percentage of your rent.
The few items marked with a plus are covered by the one-off fee charged when a property first joins. Everything else is included for as long as we manage it.

Getting started, once
Every property pays a single setup fee when it joins us, and only one of the two:
A property with a tenant already in place pays onboarding. An empty property pays tenant find. Never both, and never again — re-letting later is included.
Occasional services
These arise rarely, and only when something specific happens:
Nothing here is charged without your prior written agreement.
